Delhi to Haridwar
Depart from Delhi to Haridwar either by a private SUV car for a comfortable road journey, or you can opt for a train or Luxury Volvo bus, depending on your preference and convenience. The drive/ride takes you through the plains of North India, gradually approaching the spiritual gateway of Uttarakhand. Upon reaching Haridwar, check in to your hotel and unwind after the trip. Later in the evening, proceed to the sacred Har Ki Pauri to witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti, where thousands gather as priests perform rituals with lamps, chants, and holy fire—an unforgettable spiritual experience. Haridwar to Phata
The journey from Haridwar to Phata (220 km / 8–9 hours) begins with an early morning departure, driving first to Rishikesh and then entering the Himalayan region. The road follows the Ganga River up to Devprayag, where you witness the sacred confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers that together form the Ganga. From Devprayag, the route continues through Srinagar and then to Rudraprayag, another holy sangam where the Alaknanda meets the Mandakini. As you drive upward, the scenery transitions into deeper valleys and terraced Himalayan villages. The road from Rudraprayag to Guptkashi gradually climbs, offering beautiful mountain views before the final 15 km stretch brings you to Phata (1,320 m). On arrival, check in to your hotel near the Phata Helipad, unwind, and prepare for the next day’s Kedarnath Darshan. Upon arrival at Kedarnath: Private rooms with electricity and warm water (no dormitory sharing). Guests may hire a pony at their own expense, assisted by the team. Phata to Kedarnath (via Gaurikund)
Early in the morning, guests who have helicopter tickets will be dropped directly at the Phata Helipad, where our team will hand over their confirmed heli tickets. Heli yatris will be provided with a room immediately upon arrival at Kedarnath top, and the distance from the helipad to the stay is approximately 500 meters—just a gentle walk. The remaining guests who have not opted for the helicopter will be dropped at the Kedarnath trek starting point after breakfast, and they will be given energy kits before beginning the journey. All luggage will be safely stored in a locker room for both trekking and heli passengers. The trek to Kedarnath is approximately 16 km, passing through scenic Himalayan valleys and spiritual pathways. Upon reaching Kedarnath by evening, trekkers will be provided with a private room according to their requirements, complete with electricity and warm water, with no dormitory sharing. Those who prefer can hire a pony at their own cost, and the team will assist in arranging it smoothly. Kedarnath Darshan and Return to Phata
After the early morning Kedarnath Darshan (VIP Darshan arranged by the team with a priest and pooja), guests who have opted for the helicopter will be assisted in taking an early morning flight to the helipad, where a vehicle will receive you and transfer you to the hotel for rest. The day is planned as a relaxing one after the trek. In the morning, you will perform pooja and Darshan, after which you will descend towards Gaurikund, where your vehicle will pick you up. The team will coordinate with you regarding the timing; the descent is scheduled in the morning so that you reach the hotel comfortably and take proper rest. On arrival at the hotel, dinner will be served, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate after the spiritual and physical journey.
